Every project gets an itemized scope, a planned schedule and a project lead who walks the site daily and sends you photos on Friday.
What we build
You hire one firm. We handle architectural drawings, permitting through the City of Orlando or your county, procurement, trades and the final inspection.
Our process
We walk the property, listen to how you actually use it, and give you a realistic budget range before anyone signs anything.
Drawings, selections and a line-item proposal. You see the cost of every choice while it is still easy to change.
We pull permits, schedule trades and run the site. Weekly photo updates, a live schedule and one project lead throughout.
Punch list closed before we hand over keys, plus a warranty binder and a two-year workmanship guarantee.

Who you're hiring
JC Contracting & Development is new as a company — we launched in 2025 — but the experience behind it isn't. Founder Jestin Cendana spent fifteen years working his way through every part of this industry. He started with a hammer in his hand, moved up to running schedules, and eventually managed entire projects from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
Along the way, he noticed something: most construction headaches come down to two things. Numbers that were never real, and deadlines nobody planned to keep.
So we run things differently. Our estimates are itemized to the cent — you'll see exactly where every dollar goes before we ever break ground. And when we give you a finish date, it's one we've actually planned for, not one we pulled out of the air to win the job. No surprises, no runaround, no wondering what's happening with your project.
You'll also get to know Willington, our project manager. He and Jestin have worked side by side since Jestin's very first days in construction — long before JC Contracting existed. That kind of history matters on a jobsite. It's part of why we were trusted on a recent Winter Park home — the biggest, most challenging build in its neighborhood — working right alongside some of the best contractors in Central Florida. We held our own, and we delivered.
Our favorite projects? Early-century homes. There's nothing like bringing an older house back to life while keeping the character that made it special in the first place. That's the kind of detail work we live for.
